lot more of him, and Rey too, for that matter.

The Mountie cheated Shane McMahon out of the match with a fast count. Jarrett

Card rating: ** 1/2
Match observations:
While there were some superb matches here tonight, there were also a few fairly
average ones that dragged the overall rating down.
Something the Mountie said tonight was rather true, with so many superstars
deciding to leave the company, Summerslam is in a bit of a shambles. There are
still three match slots to fill for the PPV, which is less than a week away.
Aside from the matches already mentioned tonight, it's also been announced that
Brian Kendrick will defend the Cruiserweight Title against Rey Mysterio, and
that Kurt Angle will face Eddie Guerrero, in what should be a great match.
Knowing that it's all on the line at Summerslam, can Shane McMahon overcome
the Mountie, or will the WWE be left right back where it started, with a less
than fair commissioner. We may find out how he'll fair in the ladder match on
Smackdown, where Shane will team with the Undertaker to face Jeff Jarrett and
The Mountie. It should be a rather interesting match, to say the least.
After The Rock's challenge tonight, it looks like the attitude leaders' triple
threat match is on. But Stone Cold has not been seen in quite a while. Will
he show up this Thursday, or will we have to wait until the PPV to see or hear
from the Rattlesnake?
Expect plenty more news on Summerslam this Thursday, including a full card,
hopefully!
