Rating: *** 1/4 [Triple H interfered against Randy Orton.] [Goldberg interfered against Chris Benoit.] Click here to see highlights. After sizeable interference from both Goldberg and Triple H, plus the always questionable refereeing of Nick Patrick, Randy Orton picked up the big win. Card rating: *** Match observations: Again, it was another good night for the nWo, despite their inability to take the tag team titles away from the New Rockers. Randy Orton proved his worth by defeating the No.1 contender Chris Benoit, Brock Lesnar defeated Hurricane Helms, while Scott Steiner launched a successful sneak attack on the brand new Intercontinental Champion, Chris Jericho. Elsewhere, Shawn Michaels refused the chance to join the nWo, choosing instead to oppose them, alongside Booker T and Goldust in a great tag team encounter. Based upon tonight's happenings, a 10-Man elimination match has been set up for Survivor Series, with Michaels, Booker T and Goldust teaming with the tag team champions, the New Rockers, to face nWo members Hall, Nash, X-Pac, Big Show and Ted DiBiase. As of yet, this is the only traditional Survivor Series-style match signed for the show. Also potentially signed for Survivor Series is Hollywood Hogan vs Shane McMahon in a winner-takes-all match. The only thing missing from the match contract is Shane O Mac's signature. Will he return to Raw this Monday night to make the match official? One match that has been signed for this Monday is Goldberg and Randy Orton in a tag team match against Chris Benoit and Triple H. Emotions will be running rather wild in that contest. Next Show: Raw
