Jericho's freshness told, as he was able to get the victory over Austin. Now it's done to Jericho and Goldberg in the final. Goldberg finished off Jericho to become the number 1 contender. It's Rock versus Goldberg at No Mercy! Card rating: ** 3/4 Match observations: So, after his less than disappointing showing at Unforgiven, Goldberg has once again risen to the top, by defeating the Undertaker, Triple H and Chris Jericho all in one night, to become the number 1 contender to the WWE title. In just a few weeks time, it'll be The Rock versus Goldberg, with the title on the line at No Mercy. Who will come out victorious? Also tonight, we saw the return of Hollywood Hogan. Casting aside the red and yellow that he wore so proudly a few months back, Hogan is now back in black and white.
