(As Smackdown returns from commercial, Randy Orton comes to the ring and grabs
a mic. )

Randy Orton:
So it seems as though I, Randy Orton, have been named as one of the 20 men in
this Sunday's battle royal for a spot on the Intercontinental Title ballot at
Taboo Tuesday.  Personally, I'd much rather be going for the WWE title, but 
thanks to that worthless cheat Ken Shamrock, I'm not.  All I can say is that
I'm glad Batista made a fool out of him last Monday.  Shamrock, I know that
you're in the Battle Royal, and I intend to get my revenge on you come this
Sunday.

But, if Shamrock were to cheat again, or if any of the other 18 guys in that
Battle Royal happened to get lucky, and eliminate Randy Orton, then I'll need
a back up plan for Taboo Tuesday, to ensure that all you people don't have to
suffer the misfortune of a Pay Per View without me.  As you all know, they call
me the Legend Killer, and what better match for Taboo Tuesday than a "Choose
Your Legend" match?  As of right now, I am inviting any legend of wrestling to
put their name forward for the ballot.  Should I fail to win the Battle Royal
at No Mercy, or should I fail to win the IC title ballot, then I will fight
the Legend that the people most want me to fight.  Come Monday night on Raw,
we'll find out exactly what Legends have had the guts to put their name on
the battle.

But I really feel I should issue a warning, because it doesn't matter who you
are or what you've accomplished in this business, you will beaten, because I
am Randy Orton, and there's nobody in this business bigger than me.
