(Masahiro Chono makes his way down to ringside, seemingly for an interview of
some sort.  Before he can speak, the music of JBL hits in the arena. )

I suppose you think you're real smart, cheating me out of my chance to get at
the Intercontinental Title on Raw.  Well I've got news for you, there ain't
nobody smarter than JBL in this business, and I've proved that once again here
tonight.  You see, Shane McMahon and I have struck a little deal.  Tonight, in
fact, right now, I get to face you one on one.  And if I beat you, which I
guarantee that I will, then at No Mercy, the Intercontinental Title match
becomes a three-way, Cactus Jack vs Masahiro Chono vs JBL.  And when Sunday
is all said and done, I'll stand before you as the brand new Intercontinental
Champion, and all the cheap victories in the world couldn't take that away from
me!
