(As Raw comes back on the air, Cactus Jack is in the ring. )

Cactus Jack:
After I was so rudely rejected earlier on by Terry Funk, I had to find myself a
new partner for tonight, so I chose a man who made a far better commissioner 
than Terry Funk.  That man is William Regal!

(Regal makes his way down to the ring, to jeers from the fans. )

Cactus Jack:
William, I want to wish you the best of luck for tonight's match, as we beat
the living hell out of Shawn Michaels and Scott Hall, just like I'm going to do
on Sunday, when I win the Intercontinental Title.  But I just want to make one
thing clear to you William.  Cactus Jack does not tolerate failure, and if you
even make the slightest of screw-ups here tonight, I will constitute that to be
failure, and I will beat the living hell out of you instead.  Are we clear?
