I'm not out here to fight, I'm out here with a message for Bret Hart.  Bret, I
know that you're back home in Calgary watching this, so I want you to listen
carefully to what I have to say.

Yes, you won the match at Wrestlemania, and the nWo is gone for good, but what
you did not do at Wrestlemania, is beat me Bret.  You didn't pin me, you didn't
make me tap out.  You won, but I sure as hell didn't lose.  So at Backlash,
I intend to prove to you that I am the better man, Bret.  So I'm challenging
you to a 1-on-1 match, with no DQ and no count-out, so that the best man wins.

And Bret, I'm calling this one the Million Dollar Challenge.  That's because I
am so confident that I will defeat you, that I am putting $1 Million of my own
money on the line in this match.  If you win, the money's yours.  But let's
face it Bret, you're not going to win.  The challenge is set, Hitman, all we
need know is your answer.
