(As Raw comes on the air, Shawn Michaels is in the ring with a mic.)

Shawn Michaels:
One month ago, I had come to the decision to bring my career to an end.  But
there was one thing that made choose to continue, and that was the idea of once
again becoming the WWE Champion at Wrestlemania.  Now while I failed in my
attempt to win the Royal Rumble and go straight to Mania, I felt priveledged
to get another bite at the cherry last Thursday on Smackdown in the title shot
tournament.  Now, in case you didn't see what happen, why don't we roll a bit
of footage right here and now.

(The Titantron shows the footage of Hollywood Hogan giving Michaels a DDT on
the outside of the ring, causing him to lose by count out to Randy Orton.)

Shawn Michaels:
Now, Orton is gonna get his this Thursday when he tangles with Goldberg, but
in the long run, he's gonna have to deal with me too.  But as far as Hogan is
concerned, he was the one that cost me a spot at Wrestlemania, so the way I see
it, his ass is mine tonight.  So Hogan, why don't you bring your run down, bald
headed carcass out here, and find out what it's like to have your ass kicked
by the real icon around here.

(As Shawn waits for Hogan, the music of Shane McMahon hits, and he makes his
way down to ringside.)

Shane McMahon:
Shawn, I know you want to get to Hogan, maybe even as much as I do, but I'm out
here to give you a much better offer.  Hogan is going to get his, both tonight
and at No Way Out.  You see, I barred Hogan from the building last week, and
clearly somebody let him in.  I don't who, and I don't know how, but there will
be consequences.  As far as Hogan's consequences are concerned, I've set him
up in a little match tonight against the man who he rather unceremoniously 
kicked out of the nWo, and that man is Goldberg.

Shawn Michaels:
You know Shane, I fail to see what this has to do with me.

Shane McMahon:
Well Shawn, I know how much you wanted to be in the main event at Wrestlemania,
and what I want to do is offer you another chance to get there.  Right here
tonight, it was supposed to be Bret Hart vs Edge in the 1st Round of the WWE
Title Shot Tournament.  Well Edge has pulled out of the tournament in favour
of getting another crack at Kurt Angle at No Way Out, so what I'm offering you
Shawn, is Edge's place in the tournament.  Right here tonight, Bret Hart versus
Shawn Michaels for a place in the semi finals against Kane, how does that sound
to you?

Shawn Michaels:
Well, let me just weigh this one up a second, watch Hogan get his ass kicked
by Goldberg, or get another chance to go to Wrestlemania AND see Hogan get his
ass kicked.  You know Shane, as much as I hate having to fight Bret Hart, I
think I'm going to have to take you up on your offer.  So yeah, I'll face the
Hitman tonight, and I'll get my chance at Wrestlemania back.  And as far as...

(HBK is interrupted by the music of Stone Cold Steve Austin, who makes his way
down to the ring.)

Steve Austin:
So let me get this straight.  Shawn Michaels gets screwed out of his place in
the tournament, and gets another chance.  Stone Cold Steve Austin gets screwed
out of his place in the tournament, and he gets nothing.  Twice I pinned Kane's
bald-headed ass of a face to the mat, and twice the damn referee changed his
mind because Kane cryed like a little baby.  Where's Stone Cold Steve Austin's
second chance, Shane?  Where the hell is it?

Shane McMahon:
Steve, I understand...

Steve Austin:
Uh-uh, you understand nothing Shane.  I didn't realise we had the instant 
cry-play rule in this company.  But then hey, it seems like this whiny piece
of crap right here is getting another chance, so I guess we do.

(Austin turns to Michaels and gives him the finger, prompting HBK to get in his
face and start trash-talking.)

Shane McMahon:
Wait a minute, wait a minute.  Hold on one second here.  Austin, I saw what 
happened to you on Thursday, and I agree, the conduct shown by the referee was
far from professional.  You want another chance?  Fine, you've got it.  As of
right now, tonight's match is now a triple threat match.  Bret Hart, Shawn
Michaels and Stone Cold Steve Austin, one fall to a finish, and the winner goes
on to face Kane in the semi finals of the title shot tournament.  You wanna
prove you're worthy?  Do it tonight, and then you'll find out if you truly are
worthy of going to Wrestlemania.
