Matt Hardy:
People, people, people.  A major oversight has taken place.  At this year's
Survivor Series, there will be a five way elimination match for the Cruiser
Weight title, featuring five men who have the belt since January of this year.

Well, in case you hadn't realised, since January of this year, there have been
six Cruiserweight Champions.  The five men in the match, and myself, Matt Hardy
Version 1.  But for some reason, Shane McMahon saw fit not to include me in the
match at Survivor Series.  The only reason I can think of is that I am now a 
former Intercontinental Champion, and therefore too good for the Cruiserweight
Title.  However, I feel, in my heart, that I can lower myself to compete for
that belt again, and therefore I am now officially entering myself into both
the match at Survivor Series, and this tag match right here.  Shannon and Brian
are in need of a third partner, and that partner is V1!  Now ring the bell.
