That's right Josh.  Chris Benoit, you may celebrating being a two time IC
Champion man, but you shouldn't even have been a one time champion, because I
had you beat at Judgment Day.  If it wasn't for Paul Heyman, that title would
be mine right now.  

So Benoit, I'm issuing you with a challenge for Bad Blood.  You and me, one on
one for that title, with Paul Heyman barred from ringside.  If you wanna prove
that you deserve to be the champ, you're gonna have to defeat the man that
