(As Billy Kidman and D-Von Dudley retreated up the ramp following the previous
match, they're joined on the ramp by Rey Mysterio, the Cruiserweight Champion.)

Rey Mysterio:
Hey Hardy, I knew that you weren't good enough to get a one-on-one match with
me, and that's why I had these guys prove it here tonight.  But it seems as
though Shane McMahon is forcing me to give you a title match at Vengeance, so
I agreed to do it on my times.

At Vengeance, Hardy, it's not going to be you and me, one-on-one.  It's going
to be a tag team match.  Me and Billy Kidman versus you and your brother Matt.
If either you or Matt pins me, or makes me submit in that match, then one of
you is the new Cruiserweight Champion.  If you don't, which you won't, then I
retain my title.  Understand this Jeff, you're not only in competition with
your opponents at Vengeance, you're in competition with your partner, with your
brother, Jeff.  Good luck, because I know that you're both going to need it.
