(After Raw returns from commercial, Hollywood Hogan makes his way down to the
ring.)

Hollywood Hogan:
Last night, I started righting some wrongs.  Tonight, I'll continue to do that,
up until Vengeance, where I'll right the biggest wrong by defeating Shane O Mac
right in the middle of the ring.  Shane, our match at Vengeance is going to 
carry a very special stipulation.  If you can defeat me, then I will leave WWE
for ever.  You'll never see Hollywood Hogan again, brother.  But if I defeat
you, then I have been granted the chance to name anybody that I want to become
the co-commissioner of WWE, alongside you Shane.  So at Vengeance, this ends
between you and me, because if you win I'm gone, but if I win, you won't have
enough power to screw with me anymore.  The fans deserve a better commissioner
than you Shane, because you never give them what they want.  The time has come
for the change to be made.

Now, like I said, I'm righting wrongs from tonight onwards, so Ted DiBiase, why
don't you bring your jabroni ass out here, so I can kick it like I should have
done so many times before!
