Josh Matthews:
Stone Cold, obviously you must be disappointed that you were unable to earn a
Judgment Day title shot, and equally so by the fact that Jeff Jarrett once
again was able to pin you.
Stone Cold:
I ain't disappointed Josh, I'm flat out pissed off. See, not cos Jeff Jarrett
pinned me, but because Bret Hart decided to go walkabout and throw me off my
entire game. Hitman, I would have won that match if you'd been there, and
there ain't no disagreeing with that...oh I see, you show up tonight.
(Bret Hart walks into shot.)
Bret Hart:
Yeah, because there was no plane trouble tonight Austin. Believe me, if I
could have been there, I would have been. And maybe Hulk Hogan wouldn't be
the number 1 contender now, I would. It seems strange to me that you thought
you would have won if I'd been there. Do you not remember Wrestlemania seven
years ago Austin?
Stone Cold:
I remember it well Bret. I remember you making me pass out and then claiming
it as a submission victory. But I never quit that night Bret, do you not
remember that?
Bret Hart:
Oh yeah, I do. But let's face it, if you hadn't have passed out, you would
have tapped out within minutes.
Stone Cold:
Is that so? Well why don't we find that out at Judgment Day then? You and me,
one on one once again, in a submission match - how do you like that?
Bret Hart:
You know, I like it a lot. You're on Austin, but let me tell you something,
Wrestlemania 13 is gonna seem like a cakewalk compared to Judgment Day.
