A surprisingly quick and easy victory for the champion. Card rating: *** 1/4 Match observations: With Unforgiven just over a week away, things are heating up even more for the Elimination Chamber. Right here tonight, Triple H, Stone Cold and Jeff Jarrett all picked up major victories over the Undertaker, the Big Show, and the Rock respectively. Who will come out victorious on Raw, when a rather special triangle tag team elimination match will occur. It'll be Triple H and Jeff Jarrett vs The Rock and Stone Cold vs the wild card team of the Big Show and the Undertaker. This will be a must see main event on Monday. Goldberg continued his winning streak here tonight. At this rate, it seems to be fairly obvious that he'll be leaving Unforgiven as the brand new WWE Intercontinental Champion, but don't be surprised if Paul Heyman and Chris Benoit have a few other tricks up their sleeves. After Randy Orton returned tonight, and it was subsequently announced that Evolution are back together, we have learned that Orton and Batista will face the Basham Brothers at Unforgiven, with the tag team championship on the line. Neither team are fan favourites, so it'll be intriguing to see who comes out on top, as well as who the people get behind. Also set for Unforgiven is X-Pac vs Al Snow, with Marty Jannetty as the guest referee. Will Marty choose to stick with Al Snow as his partner, or will he turn to the Pac side? Another defeat for Chris Jericho tonight, as he passed out to the Ankle Lock submission hold. With Piper as the referee for that match, Y2J will be far from happy with the finish. Expect him to make a little noise about that on Monday, most likely on the Highlight Reel. Next Show: Raw
