Benoit pins his opponent at Vengeance, giving both champion and challenger one fall each. But why did Bret Hart side with Heyman and Benoit? No-Countout-No-DQ-Match: Brock Lesnar and Jeff Jarrett defeated The Undertaker and Sting when Lesnar pinned Undertaker with the F-5 in 0:06:30. Rating: *** 1/2 Click here to see highlights. Lesnar pinned the Taker, who was busted wide open following a weapon shot. Good match though, considering that Sting and the Taker were still feeling the effects of their match earlier. Card rating: *** 1/4 Match observations: So, just a few days prior to Vengeance, Brock Lesnar is the man feeling on top of the world, with Jeff Jarrett able to share in his victorious high. Will things be different when Lesnar faces Sting, and Jarrett defends against the Undertaker this Sunday though? There were a few shocks here tonight, but none more shocking than Bret Hart's decision to side with Paul Heyman. Although Bret gave no reason for making this choice, he has promised to do so at Vengeance, right before he goes one on one with the Hurricane! Another shock was the news that the Rockers will reform for one night only to take on the Outsiders. Can Shawn and Marty put the past aside and work well together against Hall and Nash? And if they can, will this then lead to a full time re-appearence of the team? Sources say that Jannetty is only contracted up until Vengeance, but the outcome of the match could lead to an extension of his deal. The power of the Big Show must surely make the Million Dollar Team the odds on favourites for the a.P.a. Invitational Brawl, but don't forget, he does not have to be pinned to be eliminated. This could well be one of the matches to watch this Sunday night! Next Show: Vengeance
