Randy Orton pinned Triple H after hitting him with an acoustic guitar in 0:08:55. Rating: *** [Goldberg interfered against Triple H.] Click here to see highlights. The WWE Champion Goldberg made his way to ringside and threw Jeff Jarrett's guitar (left at ringside during the Battle Royal) to Randy Orton. The Legend Killer used it to get the pinfall victory. Card rating: *** Match observations: The nWo truly is in charge. Tonight, they screwed Triple H out of a title shot, Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho out of victory, and they handed themselves a guaranteed tag team title shot. If this is a sign of things to come, then dark days are ahead for the WWE. It seems as though a rivalry is forming between Val Venis and Kane. The Big Red Monster attacked Venis during and after his match against Eddie Guerrero, and then Venis ran down to save Shawn Michaels from the 3 on 1 attack he was facing from Kane, Batista and Steven Richards. This Thursday on Smackdown, that evil trio will face Venis, HBK and Rob Van Dam in a six man tag match. Also this Thursday, we'll find out what the nWo has planned for Booker T as punishment for his victory at Survivor Series. After what went down for Al Snow and Shawn Michaels tonight, it probably won't be anything good. And on the subject of Snow, why did his partner Marty Jannetty refuse to shake his hand tonight? Is there trouble in paradise? We'll be hoping to get word from Tajiri as to why he attacked Rey Mysterio following the match at Survivor Series, and Matt Hardy will also return from injury. Tune in, or miss out! Next Show: Smackdown
