(As Raw comes on the air, the members of Evolution, Triple H, Ric Flair, Randy
Orton and Batista make their way to ringside. )

Triple H:
What you see standing before you is a united front.  Evolution standing tall
and standing together, no matter what Terry Funk tries to do to us.  You set
me and Ric Flair against one another at Unforgiven, it doesn't matter.  All
you've done, Funk, is destroy Chris Benoit's odds of retaining the title.  You
have gifted the gold to Evolution.  And whether it's myself, or it's Ric Flair
that wins the belt come Sunday, you'll have to live with the realisation that
your plan failed, and we made a fool out of you.  And with what Shane McMahon
is going to do on Sunday, I guess you're going to be made a fool out of on
two occasions.

(Ric Flair takes the mic. )

Ric Flair:
Chris Benoit!  You had better take in every single second that you can get with
that belt around your waist, because on Sunday night, at Unforgiven, you'll be
saying goodbye to it, one last time.  Already, you have stepped in the ring 
with the Nature Boy, and you lost!  Then, you stepped in the ring, with the
Nature Boy and the Game, and you lost!  Come Sunday, you already know what you
need to do, and what you're going to do, and that is lose.  Because Evolution
is back, we're together, and we're going to take what we deserve, and that is
the WWE Championship.  Woooooooooooooooooo!

(The mic is passed to Batista. )

Batista:
This Sunday, you guys, you've got Benoit in the bag.  He's a done deal.  But
he's not the only guy that's gonna be taken down at Unforgiven.  Chris Jericho,
you've been a thorn in my side, a real pain in my ass, for the last few weeks
now.  I may have fallen to the Rock on the last few shows, but it damn sure
isn't because of you, and I damn sure won't fall to you come Sunday.  When we
step into the ring at Unforgiven, you're gonna find out exactly why people call
me the Animal.  And then, when I'm done with you, I think I might just go get
me a piece of gold of my own.

(As the fans boo Batista, he hands the mic on to Randy Orton. )

Randy Orton:
You know, Sunday really will be Evolution's night.  I don't care how many times
we have to say it, we'll keep saying it until everybody realises.  The WWE gold
is gonna be back in the fold, big man, Dave, you're gonna squash Jericho like
the insignificant bug that he is, and I, Randy Orton, will once again send the
Rock packing back to Hollywood, when I prove myself to be the legend killer
once more.  You see, Rock, it's time I...

(Orton's speech is cut off by Terry Funk's music, as he makes his way out onto
the ramp.  The fans cheer wildly for the Funker, as Triple H takes the mic from
Orton. )

Triple H:
Damn it Funk, I thought I told you to get your own promo time.  I swear to god,
if you interrupt us one more time, I'll...

Terry Funk:
You'll do what?  You'll find gainful employment elsewhere?  Because that's what
you'll be forced to do if you threaten me one more time.

I'm out here to do what I do, and that's my job.  Seeing as that coward Shane
McMahon doesn't want to come to the show while I'm around, I figured I'd set
up a few more matches.  Shane McMahon may say that he's training for Unforgiven
this Sunday, but I know that he's really quakin' in his boots, and pissin' in
his pants at the thought of fighting me.

So Evolution are all together, huh?  Well tonight, most of you get the chance 
to show that, you see, I've set up a little six man tag team match.  It's gonna
be Triple H, Ric Flair, and Batista, going up against Chris Jericho, The Rock,
and the WWE Champion, Chris Benoit!

Triple H:
That's fine, Funk, that's not a problem.  We've got no worries beating Benoit
a third time in as many shows.

Terry Funk:
Well good luck to you on that one.  As for you Orton, you little punk, you 
wanna call yourself the Legend Killer?  Well, until you beat Terry Funk, you'll
only be a talker, not a killer.  I'd beat your ass from pillar to post right
here tonight, but the board of directors tell me that I can't wrestle without
clearence from them, and they're not giving it.  So instead, I'm gonna let 
fight another legend, in an attempt to prove yourself, and that man is sitting
right over there at the commentary position, Jerry "The King" Lawler!

King, I know you respect this guy Orton, but you respect this business even
more, so I want you to go out there and shut his damn mouth, before it opens
so wide, it takes in the whole damn company.  

Randy Orton:
Hey!  Hey!  You think I'm scared of Jerry Lawler.  Yeah, keep thinking that,
because it'll only make it sweeter when I take him out.  RKO.  123.  It's that
simple.  And Funk, you tell the board of directors to take their heads out of
their asses, because I will take you down, when the time is right.

Terry Funk:
We'll see, Orton.  We will see.

(Funk's music kicks in again, as Raw goes to commercial. )
