(As Raw comes on the air, Triple H's music hits, as the number 1 contender and
leader of Evolution makes his way down to the ring. )

Triple H:
Last week, Evolution showed the world just how serious it was in its attempts
to retrieve the WWE Title.  On Monday night, I left Raw with the belt in my
hands, because Chris Benoit didn't know how to handle it, and despite Chris 
Benoit crying to Shane McMahon to get his belt back, he couldn't stop me from
becoming the number 1 contender on Smackdown, when Evolution laid waste to
Roddy Piper.  And then, he couldn't stop Batista, Randy Orton and Ric Flair
later that night, even when he had The Rock and Chris Jericho to watch his
back.

Benoit, what I'm trying to tell you is simple.  At Unforgiven, your caretaker
reign as Champion is over.  You've already seen that there is nothing that
Evolution won't do to stop me from becoming the WWE Champion, and the same will
reign true at Unforgiven.  That belt is mine.  It is my destiny, it is my
religion.  It is what reminds all of these normal people out here, and in the
back that I am the Game!  And that I am that da..

(Chris Benoit's music hits, and the WWE Champion makes his way down to the
ringside area, wearing the belt around his waist. )

Chris Benoit:
That damn good?  Is that what you were going to say?  I figured it would be,
because we've heard it all before.  People are sick of you spouting off your
little catchphrases all the time?  Don't believe me?  Prove me wrong.

Triple H, there's a reason why this belt is around my waist right now, and it's
because I went through you, through Randy Orton, through Cactus Jack, through
The Rock and through Chris Jericho at Summerslam, and because I proved that
Chris Benoit is 4 Real!  You think that you've got what it takes to beat me at
Unforgiven, Hunter?  If that's so, how come you're getting your little orders
in to Shane McMahon to keep away from me until the Pay Per View.  It's because
you know that the instant you and I step into the ring, I'll make you tap, tap,
tap.

Hell, Hunter, we're in the ring, right now, how about I show you exactly what
I'm talking about?

Triple H:
Woh, woh, woh.  Hold up there a second, "champ".  You'd like to do that, now,
wouldn't you.  You'd like to catch me off guard, when I'm not even dressed to
wrestle, and gain some sort of half-assed, cheap victory.  Well it's not gonna
happen, and I've made sure of it.  You see, when I told you that Shane McMahon
was ensuring that you and I didn't get into it until Unforgiven, I didn't 
quite give you the full story.  You see, if you lay as much as one finger on me
before the Pay Per View, then you'll be stripped of the title, and I will be
declared the champion via forfeit.  

Of course, if the tables are turned, and I should happen to..you know..maybe,
accidentally Pedigree you in the middle of the ring, you know what would happen
to me?  Absolutely nothing.  Because you see, Benoit, I know how this business
works.  I know how friends are made, and how to work your career.  That's why,
right here tonight, you're stepping into the ring with Ric Flair, the Nature
Boy.  And me?  Well, I'll be living the easy life against one of HBK's cripples
in training, Brian Kendrick.  Oh, I can see the rage building up in you now,
Benoit.  You wanna get it over with?  You wanna hit me?  Go right ahead, but
make sure that you put my title on the ground first, because I don't want a 
no good thief like you trying to steal what's rightfully mine.  Unforgiven,
Benoit, it's my time.  And you're the one, who's going to have to prove me
wrong.
