(Backstage, Shawn Michaels is entering the building, when Shane McMahon walks
over to him.)

Shane McMahon:
Hey Shawn, tough break last week.  I guess Cactus Jack just cared more about
his own needs than the needs of your tag team.

Shawn Michaels:
What's your point Shane?

Shane McMahon:
Nothing really Shawn, just figured you'd be kinda bummed about it, but hey, I'm
not here to talk about Cactus Jack, I'm here to talk about you, and what is
going to happen next for HBK.  Shawn, tonight, I've been rather generous, and
I have booked you in a match with Christopher Daniels for the Intercontinental
Championship.  But you see, there is a small catch.

Shawn Michaels:
I'm listening.

Shane McMahon:
Shawn, it's not something I really want to discuss in public, but if you come
with me, we can discuss it in private.  All I can say is that if you win the
title tonight, then you have to do a little something for me.  Step this way...
