(As Smackdown comes on the air, Shane McMahon makes his way down to the ring
and grabs a mic.)

Shane McMahon:
What's happenin' Cali? I'm out here to talk about a few things, number 1, we
have Judgment Day coming up in just a few days, which I'm pretty excited about,
especially as I get to referee that big match between Hogan and DiBiase, where
quite frankly I don't care who wins, but hey, that's another story for another
time.

What I'm mainly out here to talk about is an issue that a lot of you great
fans have brought up recently, which is the way I've been treating Hollywood
Hulk Hogan since he returned, making him wrestle virtually every week since
he showed up, while Ted DiBiase has been resting, with the exception of last
Monday's Raw. Well, based upon the feedback I've got on this issue, I've made
a decision regarding tonight's show. You see, I was going to have a rematch
from Raw tonight, but I've changed my mind.

This morning, I gave Hollywood Hogan a call, and told him, I'd see him at
Judgment Day, he can have the night off. But of course, that doesn't mean
that I'm cancelling the match. All it means is that tonight, instead of our
main event being a six man tag match, it's now a 3 on 2 handicap match, with
Stone Cold and Sting taking on Vader, Randy Orton and Ted DiBiase. But even
though Austin and Sting are a man down, with DiBiase being on the other team,
you do have to wonder which side actually has the disadvantage, which side it
is that has the ha...

(Ted DiBiase's music hits, and the Million $ Man makes his way to the ring.)

Ted DiBiase:
Now you listen up little man, I really don't care if you hate me, because I
really don't care for you either. But I've had enough of you publicly bad
mouthing me, McMahon, so I'm out here to put you on warning. The next time
you bad mouth me on a public forum, I'll show you exactly what happens to
people that hack me off.

Shane McMahon:
Woh there Teddy, you seem to be forgetting who has the power around here, and
that's me. You're lucky that you and Hogan still have jobs after the nWo
debacle. I could have thrown you out, and hell, I still will if you continue
to make threats against me. You don't wanna piss me off Teddy, because on
Sunday night, I'm controlling your destiny. Whether or not you beat Hogan is
all in my hands, because it's my hands that will be doing the counting come
Judgment Day.

Ted DiBiase:
I guess you're right Shane. You know, you're a lucky man, McMahon, because
a Hogan versus DiBiase match would be considered a dream match by many old
school wrestling fans, and you get to be right there in the middle of it. And
while we're on the subject of dreams...

(DiBiase suddenly clocks Shane O Mac with the microphone, and then locks in
the Million $ Dream on the Commissioner. McMahon's lights go out quickly, as
officials come out to stop DiBiase.)
