(As Smackdown comes on the air, Chris Benoit makes his way down to the ring.)

Chris Benoit:
When I got into the building today, I found out that I was scheduled to team
with Stone Cold Steve Austin again, to face Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas.
Well, after what went down on Raw last Monday, I can safely say that's not
going to happen.  I have no intention of teaming with Austin again, until I'm
done kicking his ass this Sunday night.  Stone Cold, you know exactly what I
am all about now, and you know exactly what the Crossface is all about.  So
this Sunday, you know what's in store for you.  Until then, I don't want to be
anywhere near your sorry a..

(Benoit is interrupted by Austin's music, as the Rattlesnake makes his way to
the ring.)

Stone Cold:
So you don't want to be my tag partner tonight?  You and I, we're undefeated as
a team.  We could be tag team champions, don't that sound great?  

Benoit, you might be surprised to hear this, but I agree with you.  I don't 
want to team with you either.  So here's what I propose.  I kick your ass,
right here and right now, and then you go to the hospital, while I stomp a
mudhole in Haas and Benjamin myself.  How does that sound to you?

Chris Benoit:
I'd like to see you try it Austin.  If anyone's going to the hospital, then
it's going to be you.  You wanna fight right here and now?  Let's do it.

(Both Austin and Benoit drop their mics and continue to trash talk, as Shane
McMahon runs out onto the ramp.)

Shane McMahon:
Wait a minute!  Hold on one second here.  I'm gonna let you two beat each
others brains out before this Sunday.  You don't wanna team together?  Well
fine, the match is off, but you two will be in the main event tonight, and it
will be a tag team match.  Benoit in one corner, Austin in the other.  And
as far as your partners are concerned, they'll be chosen completely at random.
Neither of you will know who they are until right before the match.  You guys
brought this on yourselves, so if you want to know who's to blame, just look
across the ring at the guy staring back at you.

Now if you don't mind, I've got a lot to deal with, so I suggest you both step
out of the ring one by one, and return to the back, before I have to send down
some security to escort you back.
