(As Raw comes on the air, the nWo music hits, and the entire nWo makes their 
way down to the ring.  Not one member has a smile on their face.)

Hollywood Hogan:
Last night was by no means a good night for the nWo.  In seven matches that
featured nWo superstars, only two ended in victories for us.  To top things
off, Chris Benoit stole the WWE title from our ranks.  However, last night was
merely a glitch in the system.  Tonight, we put things right.

First of all, Marty Jannetty and X-Pac.  You two guys started the night off
well for the nWo by defeating Al Snow and Funaki.  To thank you for this, I
wish to reward you right here tonight.  In just a short while, the two of you
will have a shot at the tag team championship, against Bret Hart and Stone
Cold Steve Austin.  I suggest that you return to the back now, and prepare for
the match, because I want you to succeed where DiBiase and Big Show failed
just last night.

The other man to do the nWo proud was Scott Steiner.  Scotty, you ensured that
the nWo ended the night with at least one piece of gold by becoming the brand
new Intercontinental Champion.  With that said, I have big plans for you now
brutha, but I'll tell you about those when the eyes of the world aren't upon
us.

Jeff Jarrett, Randy Orton, you guys both came up short last night, but you did
show great courage in your matches before being cheated out of victory, much
like I did when Booker T conjured up all kinds of illegal trickery to try and
beat me last night.  I've got over that so-called defeat, and I'm sure you guys
will do the same with yours.

Which brings us back to the new WWE Champion, Chris Benoit.  Well, Benoit, you
think you've outsmarted us by taking the belt?  You're wrong.  Goldberg, step
up here, my man.

(Goldberg moves through the crowd of nWo wrestlers to stand alongside Hogan.)

Hollywood Hogan:
Goldberg, brutha, do you think that the nWo will get the WWE title back at the
Royal Rumble?

Goldberg:
You're damn right I do.  Benoit, you're next!

Hollywood Hogan:
That's right Goldberg, Benoit is next....for me.  That's right Chris Benoit,
at the Royal Rumble, you're gonna defend that WWE title against the last man
to pin your shoulders to the mat, Hollywood Hulk Ho..

(Goldberg snatches the mic from Hogan.)

Goldberg:
There must be some mistake, Hogan.  My contract guaranteed me a rematch.

Hollywood Hogan:
That is true Bill, that is true.  But there's just one slight problem with 
that.

Goldberg:
Which is?

Hollywood Hogan:
The problem is Bill, that your nWo contract has hit a tornado, and that tornado
has a rating of F-5.

(As Goldberg looks on perplexed, he is suddenly spun around by Brock Lesnar,
who delivers an F-5 to the former champion.)

Hollywood Hogan:
Goldberg, last night when you lost the title, you stopped being useful to the
nWo.  You see, we used you when you were the number 1 contender, we used you
when you were the champion.  And now, we're spitting you out like the piece
of garbage that you are.  Gentlemen, I think Mr. Goldberg would like a chair.

(As the nWo members go to find a steel chair, the music of Chris Benoit hits,
and the WWE champion comes rushing down to ringside with a steel chair in
hand, causing Hogan and the others to scatter.  After the nWo leave, Goldberg
offers Benoit his hand, but the champ simply looks at him and walks away.)
