(As Smackdown comes on the air, Hulk Hogan makes his way down to the ring to
huge response from the fans.)

Hulk Hogan:
The time has come brothers. The time, which we knew would have to arrive one
day, is finally here. When I was unable to defeat Ted DiBiase at Wrestlemania,
I knew that Hulkamania had finally reached the end of the road dudes.

So, it's with a heavy heart, that I stand in front of all my Hulkamaniacs, to
say thank you, one last time. This has been the greatest ride of my entire
life, but now it seems as though that ride has reached its end.

We've had some good times, and some bad times, and they will all stay with me,
brothers, as I hope they will with you. But now, all I have is one thing to
say, and that is goodbye.

(The music of the Rock kicks in, as the People's Champ makes his way down to
the ring.)

The Rock:
So that's it huh, Hulkster? You're gonna let a few defeats make you put an end
to your career? No, no, no, no, no, that's not the Hulk Hogan that I know.

The Hulk Hogan that I know would say to hell with a few defeats, get back on
that Harley, start hangin' and bangin', and running wild all over the WWE!

While it seems as though you've made up your mind about this, there's always
time to change it. In fact, let me put it another way, what do you say The
Rock helps you change your mind?

Hulk Hogan:
What are you saying Rocky?

The Rock:
I'm saying that right here tonight, the two biggest icons in wrestling, go one
on one, maybe for the last time, and then we'll see whether you're ready to
call it a day.

Hulk Hogan:
You know what Rock, it would be an honour to face you again, and even if it
proves to be my last match, I'd be thankful - win or lose - that it was against
you brother.

The Rock:
Then it's settled, tonight, Rock vs Hogan 3. One last time, for all the glory,
if ya smellllllllllllllllllllllll, what The Rock is cookin'!
