(As Raw comes on the air, William Regal makes his way down to the ring, looking
less than pleased.)

William Regal:
It is with great displeasure, that I announce the Ultimate Warrior will not be
here tonight.  The simple reason for that is that I have suspended him until
No Way Out, because of his disgraceful no show last Thursday night.

Warrior, you're supposed to be headlining this year's Wrestlemania, and yet you
went and make me look like a bloody fool on Smackdown.  I can assure that it
won't happen again, and I have invoked a few measures to ensure that it does
not happen again.  The first of those measures was the suspension, while the
second is as follows.  This Sunday night, at No Way Out, you'll be facing me
sunshine, in a one on one match.

If you can beat me at No Way Out, the suspension is lifted, and you can come
back to work.  But if I defeat you Warrior, not only does the suspension carry
on indefinitely, but you'll also be stripped of your Wrestlemania title shot,
which will then go to a superstar who deserves it more.  So Warrior, you've
been warned, you filthy little toerag.  If you try to make the Regal chain of
command look foolish, you will pay, rather ironically, the ultimate price.


Now, on a lighter note.  I've also got some great matches to announce for
right here tonight, as we move ever closer to the No Way Out event.  First
of all, seeing as I love six man tag matches, almost as much as I love battle
royals, I've signed another one for tonight.  So our main event will feature
Scott Hall, Ted DiBiase and the Big Show, against Bret Hart, Hulk Hogan, and
The Rock!  

But that's not all, I've also put together a rather special tag team match,
with Kurt Angle and Jeff Jarrett taking on Stone Cold Steve Austin, and for
the first time without his mask, Mankind!  That should be a brutal little
brawl.

And finally, based upon what went down last week, when Ken Shamrock got all
disappointed about being pinned by X-Pac again, I have decided to sign Shamrock
against Van Dam, in a non-title bout, here tonight.  And just to keep the
balance from last week, I have assigned X-Pac as the special guest referee
for this match.

With that all said and done, I now must return to my office, and start my
training for the destruction of the Ultimate Warrior.  I thank you.
