(As Raw comes on the air, William Regal makes his way down to the ring, to
the surprise of some of the fans in attendance.)

William Regal:
It is my great pleasure to inform you, that Mr McMahon has seen fit to appoint
me as commissioner of World Wrestling Entertainment.  That position is in 
effect as of now, so right here tonight, you'll see the beginning of the Regal
chain of command.

My first order as commissioner is to sign a 10-Man Battle Royal for right here
tonight.  The winner of that Battle Royal will face Scott Hall at No Way Out
for the WWE Championship.

However, two men who will not be involved in that Battle Royal are Stone Cold
Steve Austin and Jeff Jarrett.  Following Austin's disgusting attack on Jeff
Jarrett last week, and the subsequent words of Mr. Jarrett at Smackdown, I
have decided that instead of being in the World Title picture at No Way Out,
they should be fighting each other, so I have officially made the match for
the Pay Per View, Austin versus Jarrett.

And last, but by no means least, right here tonight we're going to see the
former Intercontinental Champion, X-Pac, square off against Ken Shamrock, in
a match that was supposed to take place at No Way Out.  However, to spice this
up a bit, I've decided to add a special guest referee, and he is the man that
will now face both Pac and Shamrock at No Way Out, the new Intercontinental
Champion, Rob Van Dam!

So ladies and gentlemen, the Regal chain of command has begun, and I think that
you'll agree, there's no better way for things to bloody well be!
